Almost a year into my lease and already renewed for another year. Good price in a quiet area, homes are nice but you do have ... mice. Staff does a wonderful job of trying to address the issue but it only works if you and your neighbors are clean and proactive. Maintenance is top notch, they either show up same day or following depending on the issue and they actually work to fix not mend issues. Trash is collected multiple times a week and the community is cleaned daily. The Staff are nice and resolve issues quickly. The only downside is parking. There aren't assigned spaces so if you live near someone with 3+ vehicles plus daily guest you will find yourself annoyed quick. Read More about Great and affordable.By: Anonymous Verified Resident
